Welcome to the one-stop unique set of personal and
collaborative services. Members have access to general features such as email,
calendar, and address book. In addition to these basic services, we also offer
advanced features such as a distributed knowledge base, Share View (Chat + Draw)
with whiteboard, File Manager, Visual Database, Remote Administration, Project
Online, and Education & Business Online. All services are web-based, so
there is no software to download. These features are useful and convenient for
everyone, but especially for groups, small businesses, corporations, non-profit,
and for-profit organizations. It gives members a secure environment for
communicating and sharing information in new and creative ways, helps businesses
to go paperless, provides business-to-business multi-channel communications, and
offers distributed knowledge base technologies. This service can be the
foundation of efficient corporate organization.

service. The left menu bar contains links to the hubs of all
services. Click Personal to access all of the services in your personal
account. Groups includes all of the services in your group accounts and
collaboration center. Email accesses your email account. Organizer contains
the Address Book, Calendar and Greeting Studio services. Files is responsible

Shared Group Space or Collaboration
Centers All our personal options are available for group use. You
can create a Collaboration Center (Group) where you can share ideas and
collaborate on creating a distributed knowledge base. By designing a space and
assigning privilege-based access to members, you can post articles, create image
galleries, keep in touch with your club, or work on group projects on-line! You
can invite new users to join using the invitation-link or (if you are the
creator/leader of a group) you can make your center public on the Internet and
still keep privileges for some members to contribute to the site.
E-mail In addition to personal e-mail with
regular features, you may set up shared group e-mail for quick updates to the
whole group. We also offer spell check and thesaurus functions, as well as
advanced capabilities like scheduling a file to be e-mailed at a certain time,
attachment capability from local drives and your web spaces, and a list of
members who have read the e-mail in shared group accounts. When communicating
with a group of people, you will find the feature that shows who actually read
your e-mail very useful!
Calendar Keep a schedule of important personal or group
events with our calendar. It is set up to e-mail reminders to your personal
e-mail account for important dates or appointments. Likewise, for shared group
accounts, a reminder e-mail will be sent to all members of the group.
Address Book Store

Greeting Studio Create
a greeting card from a set of ready-made layouts, images and sounds, or design
your own. Create cards for any occasion - e-mail them to your friends!
File Manager Here, you
have your free personal Web space where you can create unlimited folders
(directories) to store your files on-line, for easy access from anywhere! When
you create a new group (collaboration center) you add a shared Web space for you
and group members. You will be amazed to find that our File Manager operates
faster on the Web than Windows Explorer does on your local PC.
Design Studio Using our design tools you can
easily create a web page (now you can also spell check your pages and preview
how they look!) You select the page layout and incorporate images from your
local machine or your Web spaces. You can also create an image on the fly using
the IP-Draw feature. Design Studio is an especially powerful tool in
collaborative work. It builds a perfect structure of linked articles with
precise definitions of what editing privileges all members have for each
document. You can create a beautiful Web site for your group or build a
distributed knowledge base for your organization. You can also allow public
Internet access to the whole site or to selected parts.
Corporate
Services ShareView
(Chat+) Java-based Chat+ allows you to express yourself with text,
sketches, and images, and to record and play back your conversations. Brainstorm
with an on-line whiteboard! During the communication session you also have the
option to have a private chat with a single participant.
VisuData This database manager is easy to
learn and use and is as powerful as any conventional database. You do not need
to know any database software, or install any on your home PC. VisuData is a
Java applet that operates over the Internet! Allowing to associate objects with
images, providing easy drag-n-drop and sophisticated data branching and
versioning, it reliably stores data on the server and gives you great
convenience to create and manipulate data objects. You do not need to be a DBA,
and don't even need to know about tables and columns. It is all visible and it
is fun to configure and re-configure objects and whole databases on the fly,
VisuData as all other services offers data sharing with privilege-based access.
This option is ideal for shared group work.
Remote Administration RemoteAdmin is a smart
Java applet which gives the power of administration without the hassles commonly
associated with it.
It allows remotely administer databases, schedule
statistics reports and maintenance actions for servers and network switches,
program your JINI devices to work in sync.
A privileged member can
reconfigure administration menus and sub-menus on-fly and provide descriptions
for actions to be taken, reports to be displayed, etc. Generally speaking such
an expert writes a scenario to be performed by the system.
A regular
team member can only navigate through the menus to issue actions or reports.
Encrypted action messages are transfered via network to system devices
performing proper roles in the scenario written by an expert.
